The player begins as a PI character exploring a 2D side-scrolling world in search of truth. The environments are simple yet symbolic of deeper meanings.

A dramatic cutscene reveals that the 2D world was merely a projection. Nature, as experienced by the player, is in fact a complex 3D environment.
